Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
- Monitor customer interactions and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and implement solutions
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to products or services
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or BPO environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically
- Proficiency with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in English and Tagalog (Filipino) to effectively communicate with diverse customers
