- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for new hires and existing staff
- Utilize creative teaching methodologies (role-playing, simulations, gamification) to enhance learning retention
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements
- Develop comprehensive training materials including manuals, presentations, and multimedia content
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate training or facilitation
- Proven ability to create engaging learning materials and deliver impactful sessions
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Experience with LMS platforms and training technology tools
