- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Contribute to the development of customer experience strategies and initiatives
- Monitor competitor customer experience practices and identify industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in customer service, customer experience, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer feedback data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments
- Proficiency in CRM software and customer analytics tools
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
