Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment for key customers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, logistics, and production teams to proactively address supply chain bottlenecks.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service by providing real-time updates and resolving supply-related inquiries.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track service level agreements (SLAs) and identify areas for operational improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with Nestle’s quality standards and documentation requirements for all shipments.
  • Analyze supply chain data to forecast demand trends and assist in inventory management optimization.
  • Support cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing logistics efficiency and customer engagement.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain roles within an FMCG environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP or other major ERP systems is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
