- Collaborate with the Relay Team to implement responsive solutions based on customer insights
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Report key findings to product and service teams to drive enhancements

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or feedback collection experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in data analysis and report generation
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite
