Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in customer-facing engineering roles
- Certification in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001 auditor)
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control principles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D methodology)
- Experience with customer-specific quality requirements (OEM standards)
