ByteDance is seeking a Customer Fund Operation Specialist to join our Global Payment Treasury team in Singapore. In this role, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of payment solutions that support millions of transactions across our diverse ecosystem, including TikTok and other global platforms.
As part of the Global Payment team, you will manage complex fund movements, reconcile high-volume payment data, and maintain rigorous treasury controls. You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and legal teams to optimize payment flows and mitigate financial risk. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and monitor daily fund movements, including settlements, disbursements, and internal transfers.
- Perform daily reconciliation of payment acquisition and disbursement accounts against bank statements.
- Collaborate with banking partners and payment service providers (PSPs) to troubleshoot transaction issues.
- Maintain treasury compliance and ensure all operations adhere to global regulatory standards and internal financial policies.
- Analyze payment performance data to identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
- Manage payment exceptions and investigate discrepancies in transaction monitoring logs.
- Support month-end closing processes and prepare detailed financial reports for the Treasury leadership team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Treasury, Payment Operations, or Banking/Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including payment gateways, acquirers, and cross-border settlement.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in handling financial data.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus for international stakeholder management.
