- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional volume and revenue targets.
- Manage and nurture key account relationships within the Mindanao region to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and coach sales teams to drive operational excellence and high-performance standards.
- Oversee retail execution, ensuring optimal product visibility, shelf space, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the national office to align regional initiatives with overall corporate growth objectives.
- Analyze sales data and generate actionable reports to improve distribution efficiency and profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales management within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record in managing key accounts and driving business growth in regional settings.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the Mindanao retail landscape and distribution networks.
- Proficiency in data analysis and business reporting tools (MS Office Suite).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region as required.
