Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; diploma in Hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet business demands.
