- Lead and mentor customer inspection teams to ensure product quality compliance

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in quality control with 2+ years in leadership role
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems
- Experience in manufacturing quality inspection processes
- Proven problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Excellent team leadership and mentoring abilities
- Proficient in quality control tools and inspection software
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
