Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production plans based on sales forecasts and customer demand
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
- Coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely material availability
- Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Prepare and maintain accurate inventory records and reports
- Collaborate with production, sales, and warehouse departments to align inventory management
- Implement inventory control systems and procedures
- Monitor production schedules and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production planning and inventory control
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is an advantage
