Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certification in HVAC/mechanical engineering
- Minimum 2 years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing
- Proficiency in using leak detection tools (pressure testers, bubble solutions)
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems and AC components
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to read technical schematics and assembly drawings
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
