Tanggung Jawab
- Directly promote BRI Finance's financing products (new cars, used cars, multi-purpose vehicles) to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized consultations
- Conduct product presentations and explain financing terms clearly to customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and converting qualified leads
- Prepare and submit loan applications with complete documentation
- Monitor competitor products and market trends to adjust sales strategies
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the financing process
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Target-driven mindset with proven ability to meet sales objectives
- Basic knowledge of automotive financing products is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Tegal region
