Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat professionally.
  • Monitor telecommunication service performance and report technical issues to the relevant department.
  • Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and service resolutions in the internal CRM system.
  • Coordinate with field technicians to schedule maintenance and installation appointments.
  • Provide timely updates to clients regarding service status and troubleshooting progress.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints with a focus on de-escalation and positive outcomes.
  • Prepare regular operational reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company service level agreements (SLAs).

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, specifically within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • High level of empathy and strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a contract-based arrangement and adapt to shift schedules if required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
