Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat professionally.
- Monitor telecommunication service performance and report technical issues to the relevant department.
- Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and service resolutions in the internal CRM system.
- Coordinate with field technicians to schedule maintenance and installation appointments.
- Provide timely updates to clients regarding service status and troubleshooting progress.
- Handle escalated customer complaints with a focus on de-escalation and positive outcomes.
- Prepare regular operational reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company service level agreements (SLAs).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, specifically within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- High level of empathy and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a contract-based arrangement and adapt to shift schedules if required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
