Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute and process customer orders accurately and timely within the ERP system.
  • Monitor order status and coordinate with logistics and shipping providers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Manage the order-to-cash process, including invoicing and credit checks.
  • Provide exceptional customer support via email and phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate records and update customer information in the CRM database.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or operations.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
