- End-to-end supply chain optimization including procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination
- Customer order processing with focus on accuracy, timeliness, and resolution of fulfillment issues
- Vendor relationship management and negotiation to ensure cost-effective service delivery
- Analysis of supply chain KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Development and implementation of operational efficiency strategies aligned with business objectives
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with customer demands
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company operational standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in customer operations or supply chain management within manufacturing/transport sector
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize operational processes
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution
- Proven track record in vendor management and logistics coordination
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is advantageous
