Tanggung Jawab
- Perform rigorous verification of customer documentation and data to ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Support the Sales Operations team by processing billing information and maintaining accurate transactional records.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to account verification and operational status via multiple channels.
- Identify and rectify data discrepancies within the CRM and billing systems to maintain data hygiene.
- Collaborate closely with the sales department to facilitate smooth customer onboarding and account activations.
- Prepare and generate daily operational reports to track verification volumes and processing turnaround times.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of operational workflows to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma or GCE 'O' Level with relevant experience in customer service or operations.
- Proven experience in data verification, administrative support, or a call center environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
