As a Customer Program Management Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of customer programs, ensuring all deliverables and milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality) to align on customer requirements and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor program performance against key metrics (KPIs), identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage customer forecasts, orders, and inventory levels to ensure continuity of supply and optimize efficiency.
- Lead regular customer reviews, presenting performance reports, project updates, and addressing any concerns.
- Facilitate the resolution of customer complaints and escalations, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in customer program management, account management, or project management, preferably within the manufacturing (EMS), electronics, or logistics industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer accounts and drive program execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
