Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for driving operational excellence? Celestica, a global leader in design, manufacturing, and supply chain solutions, is seeking a Customer Program Management Analyst to join our dynamic team in Kulim, Kedah.
In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary liaison between our valued customers and our internal cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end program lifecycle, ensuring that customer requirements are met with precision, efficiency, and exceptional service standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary interface between the customer and the internal Customer Focus Team (CFT).
- Monitor and track program status, ensuring all deliverables align with customer specifications and timelines.
- Proactively identify potential bottlenecks in the supply chain or production process and implement effective resolutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all customer-related activities and project milestones.
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and logistics departments to facilitate seamless production flow.
- Analyze program data to provide insights for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in program management, customer service, or production planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable plans.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred.
