Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, handling all communications and inquiries.
  • Coordinate with production, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor order status, track milestones, and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Manage program documentation, including contracts, change orders, and specifications.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with customers, providing reports on metrics and KPIs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address non-conformances and ensure compliance.
  • Support new product introductions by managing timelines and cross-functional communication.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, program management, or manufacturing operations.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, logistics, and supply chain.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus.
