Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the dedicated project lead for customer implementations, ensuring timely and quality delivery of services.
- Act as the primary interface between the customer and internal Equinix teams to manage expectations and project milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional project activities including site visits, technical setups, and service provisioning.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, tracking progress against established KPIs and delivery timelines.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure minimal disruption to service availability.
- Lead recurring status meetings with internal and external stakeholders to report on project health and deliverables.
- Ensure full compliance with Equinix operational standards and health & safety protocols during project execution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in project management or customer-facing technical support roles.
- Strong understanding of data center operations, colocation services, or cloud infrastructure environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or Salesforce).
- PMP or Prince2 certification is highly desirable but not mandatory.
