Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and investigate customer quality complaints and non-conformance reports to ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis (RCA) to identify the underlying causes of quality issues.
  • Drive the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor product quality metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on quality issues and ensure their concerns are addressed.
  • Support internal audits and quality system compliance (e.g., ISO 9001) to maintain operational excellence.
  • Prepare and present detailed quality reports to management and stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials Science) or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Customer Quality Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles, including Root Cause Analysis and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using statistical analysis tools and quality software systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
