Welcome to Socomec, a global leader in power distribution and secure connections. We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Quality Engineer Intern to join our team in the Southeast Asia Pacific region. This internship is designed for engineering students who are passionate about quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and problem-solving within a dynamic industrial environment.
In this role, you will work closely with our quality assurance teams and customer support units to ensure our products meet the highest international standards. You will gain hands-on experience in analyzing customer feedback, performing root cause analyses, and implementing corrective actions. We offer a collaborative environment where your contributions will directly impact product quality and client trust.
Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Customer Quality team in analyzing customer complaints and feedback to identify quality trends.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on technical issues reported by clients and assist in developing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering and production departments to ensure products meet customer specifications.
- Assist in the documentation and preparation of technical reports for internal audits and customer reviews.
- Monitor quality metrics and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance product reliability.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve quality-related inquiries efficiently.
- Participate in quality training sessions and stay updated on industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Quality Engineering).
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001) and basic quality tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
- Enthusiastic about learning and developing technical skills in a global industrial setting.
