Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers visiting our service center.
  • Manage customer service inquiries, bookings, and feedback via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Proactively communicate service updates and vehicle maintenance timelines to customers.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently to ensure high satisfaction ratings and brand loyalty.
  • Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to streamline the customer service workflow.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service history in our CRM system.
  • Educate customers on vehicle maintenance schedules and additional service packages.

Kualifikasi

  • Possess at least a Diploma or SPM/STPM with relevant working experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • A passion for the automotive industry and general knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
  • Ability to handle pressure in a high-volume service environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-centric attitude.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team.
