Ikhea Lightings, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Relation Officer to join our Easy Buying team in Santa Clara, Bulacan. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every visitor enjoys a smooth, efficient, and joyful journey from the moment they enter our store until they complete their purchase.

As part of our Customer Relations department, you will play a pivotal role in resolving inquiries, facilitating easy payment processes, and maintaining the high standards of service our customers expect. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for problem-solving with a smile, we want to meet you!

Tanggung Jawab

  • Welcome customers warmly and provide professional assistance throughout their shopping journey.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns regarding products, stock, or policies.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Relations Team Leader to maintain store operational standards.
  • Educate customers on loyalty programs, store promotions, and DIY assembly services.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment within the Easy Buying area.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds with empathy and adherence to company guidelines.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years of college or equivalent vocational training.
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, or a call center environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Flexible availability to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • A positive, 'can-do' attitude and a genuine passion for helping people.
