Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional face-to-face customer service at all touchpoints
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and transaction processing efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalized interactions

- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Actively promote company products/services during customer interactions

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or face-to-face roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic proficiency in English for documentation purposes
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and office software
- Positive attitude with ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
