In this role, you will be the bridge between Tunas Rent and our valued clients, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to quality. Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels with high responsiveness.
  • Proactively manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring efficient follow-up to maintain service standards.
  • Maintain and update customer interaction databases accurately for reporting and future service improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and sales departments to resolve complex client issues.
  • Gather client feedback to provide actionable insights for service enhancement.
  • Ensure a seamless customer journey from initial inquiry to final service delivery.
  • Provide detailed product and service information to potential and existing clients.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or relationship management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Deep commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Domiciled in Semarang or willing to relocate.
