(Suzuki Auto Dumaguete) is looking for a dynamic and service-oriented Customer Relations Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our dealership, ensuring that every client experiences the highest standard of service from the moment they walk through our doors.

As a Customer Relations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for excellence. You will manage customer inquiries, facilitate smooth communication between departments, and ensure that our clients receive the best possible support throughout their ownership journey. We are looking for someone energetic, professional, and ready to drive their career forward with a premier automotive group.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding vehicle services and sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our database.
  • Coordinate with the service and sales teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction post-service or post-purchase.
  • Assist in organizing and executing dealership events and promotional activities.
  • Prepare periodic reports on customer satisfaction metrics and feedback trends.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-office operations is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino/Bisaya.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dumaguete City.
