Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Coordinate daily logistics operations, including scheduling deliveries and tracking shipments to ensure on-time arrival.
- Negotiate terms and maintain strong relationships with vendors and logistics partners to secure optimal rates and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders, delivery notes, and inventory movements in the company database.
- Resolve logistics issues and customer complaints efficiently, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of administrative documents, including contracts and invoices.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met and product availability is communicated clearly.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer relations, logistics administration, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and logistics management software.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
