Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalations efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and interactions within the CRM database.
- Coordinate closely with the sales and service departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Conduct follow-up calls and surveys to gauge customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide product and service information to customers to assist in their decision-making process.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer relations, call center operations, or retail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
