Are you passionate about creating a better everyday life for the many people? IKEA Alexandra is looking for a dedicated Customer Relations Officer to join our dynamic team on a 1-year contract. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, serving as a primary point of contact for our customers. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every visitor enjoys a positive, seamless, and 'joyful' shopping experience that reflects the IKEA values.

Reporting directly to the Shopping Experience Manager, you will handle inquiries, resolve feedback, and assist with store operations to ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing information and guidance throughout the store.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with empathy and efficiency to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of IKEA products, services, and store promotions to effectively assist shoppers.
  • Support the Shopping Experience team in executing operational tasks during peak hours and special campaigns.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and provide constructive feedback to management to improve store processes.
  • Manage transaction processing and documentation for returns, exchanges, or customer service requests.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma holder in any discipline.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional while managing high-pressure situations or difficult customer interactions.
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and POS software.
  • Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A genuine passion for the IKEA brand and home furnishings.
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
