Singapore Land is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Relations Officer to join our vibrant team at West Mall in Bukit Batok. As the face of one of the region's most beloved shopping destinations, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and rewarding experience for every visitor.
Your primary focus will be introducing shoppers to the exciting features of the West Mall Rewards app. You will expertly guide them through the download, installation, and registration process, ensuring they can effortlessly access exclusive deals and benefits. As the in-house expert on our loyalty program, you will turn every interaction into an opportunity to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Beyond digital engagement, you will uphold the highest standards of face-to-face customer service. From handling inquiries about mall services and tenant directories to resolving feedback and complaints with empathy, your role is vital in shaping the overall perception of West Mall. You will also support our marketing team in driving foot traffic during campaigns and seasonal events.

Tanggung Jawab
- Guide shoppers through the download, installation, and registration process of the West Mall Rewards app.
- Provide exceptional front-line customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to the mall, tenants, and services.
- Assist in managing the rewards program, including point redemption, membership sign-ups, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional presence at the Customer Service Counter.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote ongoing campaigns and events within the mall.
- Handle feedback and complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex matters to the appropriate team.
- Perform administrative duties such as managing lost and found items, preparing daily reports, and maintaining inventory of marketing collaterals.
- Support ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management to enhance the overall shopper experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to guide users through mobile app functionalities confidently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong command of English; ability to speak Mandarin or other dialects is a plus.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word & Excel).
