Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and follow-ups
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process orders accurately and efficiently while coordinating with internal teams for seamless fulfillment
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and customer lifetime value
- Monitor customer accounts and track performance metrics to report on account health
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for customer retention and acquisition
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update CRM systems accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- Experience in the scientific or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous but not required
