Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and communications via telephone, email, and messaging platforms with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate and timely information, guidance, and solutions to customer questions and concerns.
- Actively listen to customer feedback, identify root causes of issues, and escalate complex problems to appropriate departments for swift resolution.
- Perform proactive follow-ups to ensure all customer concerns are addressed comprehensively and to their utmost satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, feedback, and transactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Operations) to streamline processes and enhance overall customer experience.
- Educate customers on product features, services, and company policies, ensuring clear understanding.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and identify opportunities for continuous service improvement.
Kualifikasi
- A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any field. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential. Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
