In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our sales and marketing operations by maintaining high-quality lead databases and enhancing our customer communication workflows.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain and update the customer leads database with high precision and data integrity.
  • Assist the sales team in organizing and distributing qualified leads for follow-up.
  • Streamline internal administrative processes to improve team productivity.
  • Draft and manage customer-facing communication templates for various property campaigns.
  • Support the CRM team in generating weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental documentation to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Perform regular data audits to remove duplicates and ensure information accuracy.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs are a plus).
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available for a minimum internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
