Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular engagement and support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, and resolving service-related issues promptly.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and implement strategies to improve satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of Globe services and products.
- Drive customer retention by proactively identifying at-risk accounts and executing recovery strategies.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities that align with customer needs and company objectives.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to management regarding account status and key metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Account Management, or Sales.
- Strong background in the telecommunications or technology sector is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- A deep passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and solving problems creatively.
