Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key corporate and individual clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and concerns.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Globe’s suite of digital and telecommunications products.
- Prepare and conduct regular business reviews to align our services with customer goals and requirements.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and infrastructure support.
- Monitor customer health metrics and implement retention strategies to reduce churn.
- Gather customer feedback to provide actionable insights for product development and service improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B Sales.
- Strong background in the telecommunications or technology sector is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while meeting aggressive performance targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into customer-focused strategies.
- Residency or willingness to work full-time in Batangas City.
