Tanggung Jawab

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or relationship management
- Proficiency in CRM software and administrative tools
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
