PT KB Finansia Multi Finance (Kreditplus), a premier multi-finance company in Indonesia, is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) - Electronics to join our growing team in Bau-Bau, Sulawesi Tenggara.
As a CRO for our Electronics division, you will be the primary driver of customer acquisition and retention for our wide range of electronic product financing solutions, including smartphones, laptops, and home appliances. You will cultivate strong relationships with local dealers and retail partners, positioning Kreditplus as the preferred financing choice in the region. Your deep understanding of the local market dynamics in Bau-Bau and Southeast Sulawesi will be essential for tailoring our services to meet community needs. You will manage the entire customer journey from initial consultation to post-sales support, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every client.

Tanggung Jawab
- Actively market and promote Kreditplus electronic product financing packages to potential customers and dealer partners in the Bau-Bau area.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers to ensure high retention and loyalty.
- Conduct thorough financial needs assessments to recommend the most suitable installment plans for customers purchasing electronics.
- Process customer applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring full compliance with company policies and OJK regulations.
- Collaborate with the branch sales team to consistently achieve and exceed individual monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and report findings to management.
- Prepare regular sales activity reports and maintain accurate customer records in the company database.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3 (Diploma) or S1 (Bachelor's Degree) in any major, preferably in Marketing, Management, or Finance.
- At least 1–2 years of proven work experience in sales, customer relationship management, or consumer financing.
- Strong understanding of the multi-finance industry and consumer credit processes is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in the field and meet sales targets consistently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using mobile sales applications.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and preferably own a vehicle for daily field activities.
- Willing to be placed in Bau-Bau, Sulawesi Tenggara and ready for a dynamic, target-driven work environment.
