Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct sales presentations and consultations for electronic products, explaining credit terms and features to potential customers.
- Manage the loan application process, including document verification and credit assessment in accordance with company policies.
- Collect customer payments on time and maintain accurate records of all transactions and account statuses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and high customer retention rates.
- Perform regular follow-ups on overdue accounts and coordinate with the credit team to resolve payment issues.
- Assist in the administration of sales reports and daily operational tasks.
- Represent the company brand professionally in all customer interactions and community engagements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in any field, with a preference for Finance, Business Administration, or Sales backgrounds.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or the multi-finance industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid Driving License (SIM A) is mandatory for this position.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory efficiently.
- High integrity, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
