Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional service to clients, acting as a knowledgeable brand ambassador for our premium luxury furniture collections.
- Proactively engage with customers in-store to understand their design needs and provide tailored furniture recommendations.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry and showroom consultation to post-purchase support.
- Maintain high standards of showroom visual merchandising to ensure the brand aesthetic is perfectly represented.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales service requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve branch sales targets and uphold operational excellence.
- Process orders accurately using our internal systems and ensure timely coordination with delivery and logistics teams.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in any field; retail management or hospitality experience is a strong advantage.
- Previous experience in luxury retail, high-end customer service, or interior styling is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a professional, friendly, and persuasive personality.
- A genuine interest in home design, luxury goods, and interior aesthetics.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by business operations.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure team environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
