Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and lead management.
  • Maintain a high volume of outbound interactions to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct consultative discussions to understand client needs and align them with Reed Elsevier's suite of solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly performance KPIs, including sales targets, call volume, and conversion rates.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Continuously keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to remain a trusted advisor to clients.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or high-volume customer service.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment with a resilient mindset.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize leads effectively.
