Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Process sales orders and transactions accurately using internal CRM systems.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and provide regular feedback to the team.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve sales strategies and service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales, BPO, or Customer Service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Proven ability to build rapport and handle customer objections effectively.
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- High school graduate or Bachelor’s degree holder in any field.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the industry.
