Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Manage online inquiries promptly and provide detailed product information to facilitate sales.
- Maintain a deep and up-to-date knowledge of all product specifications and benefits.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns with patience and solution-oriented thinking.
- Maintain an organized showroom or store appearance to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly revenue targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any field.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital communication tools (WhatsApp, Email).
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to work on shifts or during weekends as required by business operations.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Palembang, Sumatera Selatan.
