Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer reservations, inquiries, and booking requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate complex scheduling arrangements to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and booking databases.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay client requirements.
- Provide detailed information about entertainment packages and services.
- Assist in the preparation of daily reports and performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with CRM software or reservation systems is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
