- Provide comprehensive information regarding Ella Skin Care products, treatments, and services.
- Assist customers in selecting the right skincare routines and products tailored to their needs.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally, maintaining a polite and helpful tone.
- Manage customer feedback and complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving skills.
- Update customer profiles and appointment schedules accurately in the system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of high school education (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the beauty industry is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy clinic environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scheduling software is an advantage.
