Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
  • Update customer records and maintain detailed transaction logs in the CRM system.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address complex customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service processes.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in any field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic CRM software.
  • A positive attitude, high level of professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
