Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms to identify customer needs.
- Convert qualified leads into booked service appointments or vehicle sales.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the technical workshop team to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Actively scout for partnership opportunities to drive business growth and brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in our CRM system.
- Provide expert advice on automotive maintenance packages and service solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a customer service, telemarketing, or sales-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and charismatic phone manner.
