Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end customer order processing with high precision and attention to detail.
- Update and maintain data integrity within the company ERP system.
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute daily operational reports for management review.
- Address and resolve customer queries via email and phone with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics and sales teams to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Proactively identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Maintain organized digital records and documentation for all customer interactions.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a similar operations role.
- Strong proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multi-tasking in a high-volume environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail regarding sensitive customer information.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based office environment.
