Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels
  • Actively promote and sell company products to new and existing clients
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems
  • Process orders, prepare contracts, and handle administrative documentation
  • Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to resolve customer issues

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 degree preferred)
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems
